PSAT/NMSQT Testing for Homeschooled Students

PSAT/NMSQT Testing for Homeschooled Students

Olney High School will give the PSAT/NMSQT on Thursday, October 22, 2026, during the school day. As required by Texas Education Code 29.916, homeschooled students who live within Olney ISD boundaries may take the test at Olney High School. They pay the same fee charged to Olney ISD students.

To register, families should contact Courtney Wells, Olney High School Counselor, at 940-564-5637 ext. 120 or cwells@olneyisd.net as soon as possible, so the student can be added to the district's test order. Please be ready to provide the student's name, grade, date of birth, and proof of residency in Olney ISD. On test day, students should check in at the front office with a photo ID. Students who need testing accommodations must request them through College Board ahead of time.

Olney ISD will post this notice each time it notifies its own students of an upcoming PSAT/NMSQT or AP exam.
