I began as the Director of Social Services for Olney ISD in October 2019 and serve all 3 campus levels. This will be my 3^rd year working with Olney ISD in this capacity.

2015 – 2016 – Site Coordinator for Communities in Schools of the Dallas Region

2012-2015 – Forensic Interviewer/ Case Manager/ Executive Director for the West Texas Children’s Advocacy Center

I am married to Mathew Ickert, who is a born and bred Olney boy (Class of 2000). Mathew, his 2 siblings, and his parents all graduated from Olney HS. Mathew and I have 2 older boys and a little girl that will be arriving in September. Our boys have been born and raised here in Olney and attend Olney elementary and Olney Jr. High. We also have a little dog, named Bodie.
